Three cakes, two plain Jane as requested, and 14 dozen cupcakes are headed out this morning!

Why the condensation, you might ask? Because it is so much easier for you to handle chilled frosting that will get back to room temperature in an hour rather than the potentially messing up the buttercream when removing items from containers. I typically frost things the night before an order is due and they spend the evening chilling out in my commercial freezer.

Happy Friday, friends! I just put this cake together and was doing some testing using dried flowers for a friend‘s wedding that is coming up next month. This is a 6 inch three layer of vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream filling and exterior.

It is available for $30, regularly $75. If you’re interested, it would need to be picked up tomorrow morning before 10:30 AM. Send me a message if you would like it!
