This was a BIG. PIG. 220 pounder! Didn’t take long to realize why the big pig was necessary.... this rad couple needed a lot of pork because they had a whole lot of amazing friends and family that were psyched to celebrate their union in Osceola. Really fun, generous, and kind guests for a great couple! We were honored to be a part of this gorgeous day! Congrats to the happy (and awesome!) newlyweds! @ Osceola, Wisconsin

The Saucy Sow is a small, family owned mobile catering restaurant specializing in on-site pig roasting. We pride ourselves on providing a "pretty pig roast" with chic details and planning for perfect events. We are looking for fun, personable staff to support food prep, grill monitoring, and on-site event services.

The Summer Catering Assistant will be responsible for executing prep and on-site logistics for catering and event set-up. Events include weddings, graduation parties, and corporate luncheons. Job duties include prepping food, supporting the roasting effort (manning the grill), event set-up (tables, tents, chaffing dishes) and clean-up. Most work will occur on Friday and Saturdays throughout the summer with some varied hours needed during the week. We are based in River Falls with many events occurring within a 30 mile radius of Hudson.

Some restaurant experience preferred, but we're willing to train the right person! Pay is based on experience and specific job duties assigned. A perfect side-gig to offset those college bills, car payments, or to give you some extra cash for splurging on fun.
