I catered a bridal shower yesterday at Mallinson Vineyard and Winery. It was such an awesome event space!!! I did a Champaigne cake (in their colors of sage and blush), chocolate covered strawberries, egg salad croissants, chicken salad croissants, muffin size veggie quiches, 2 charcuterie boards, sparkling punch with a fruit and flavored ice ring and a poppyseed salad! The first order of Valentine's Day strawberries went out the door yesterday! The berries were o big, I had to use 2 boxes!! I will be doing many more over the next few days! Today, not only am I doing strawberries, but stilettos, roses and cocoa bombs, as well!!! Don't forget to place your order! Today is the last day for orders, and I will be delivering all day Monday, and some on Sunday.
