Our dynamic catering company seeks to hire a Sales Coordinator.
Sales Coordinator is required to work in a team oriented environment and will fully support and provide assistance to both the sales and marketing teams, in relation to administrative functions; such as prospecting qualifying and closing sales, provide engaging customer service to new prospects and current clients, update CRM and maintain customer relationship in order to uphold client retention.
We are looking for someone with:
1. Great communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Food service or retail sales experience.
3. Ability to work on own initiative.
4. An eye for detail.
5. Ability to multitask.
Essential Functions:
1. Identify and qualify new leads.
2. Close new sales.
3. Produce quotes and written confirmation to all clients.
4. Produce accurate and timely reports that meets the needs of the Catering Executive to include the reporting of appointments, calls made and business leads.
5. Provide administrative support as assigned.
Qualifications:
1. Ideal candidate should have experience in the food and beverage industry as well as administrative/clerical experience.
2. Must have proficient written and oral communication skills as well as exemplary organizational and time management skills.
3. Candidate must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
4. Tertiary level qualification(s) in related field.
