Are you a Marketing Genius? A Social Media Whizz Kid? Creative writing for newsletters is your speciality? Do you have a few hours to spare each month that you could volunteer for us? Can you help us grow the sport of TREC?

The Marketing Working Group are actively seeking new members to help us raise awareness of TREC across the nation.

The Marketing Working Group meet monthly via Zoom to develop ideas for marketing and promoting TREC, plan the next newsletter and find new ways to fundraise for the charity.

⬇⬇Just a quick reminder that bookings are still open for our Annual Awards night, being held on Saturday 18th January 2025 at the Stratford Manor Hotel, Stratford upon Avon.

Rooms start at just £99.50 per person (double or twin) including dinner, bed & breakfast and we also have an option to just purchase a ticket for the evening meal at £40 per person.

We will be celebrating all things TREC by awarding the Summer League 2024 rosettes and prizes, along with the Hoofbeats rosettes for all of the competitive km’s our horses have completed and we will also be recognising the hard work our organisers, TDs, Tracers, caterers and the all important Best Volunteer & Unsung Hero of 2024. TREC GB would like to invite you to our Annual Awards evening on Saturday 18th January 2025 at the luxury 4* Stratford Manor Hotel, Stratford upon Avon. We will be celebrating our Summer League 2024, recognising our fantastic organisers and volunteers in the Special Awards as well as celebrating every step our trusty steeds have taken in our Hoofbeat Awards. The price of tickets this year are:
- Awards Night Meal only – £40.00
- Twin Room B&B plus Awards Night meal (per person) – £99.50
- Singe Room B&B plus Awards Night meal – £135.00
- Double Room B&B plus Awards Night meal for 2 people – £199.00

The Summer 2024 League awards will be presented after dinner, along with the Hoofbeats and Special Awards as voted for by our members. We will also be inducting more people and horses who have influenced the sport of TREC to our Hall of Fame.
