Rebecca and I want to share our sincere thanks to Robert and Karen following our ceremony in the South of France. They have been so wonderful to work with leading up to the ceremony, supporting us in designing the script that we wanted for our big day, including all of the personal touches that mattered to us as a couple. Not only that, but on the day of the ceremony they came to visit us both before everything started to help calm our nerves and ensure we felt supported in the journey.

The ceremony itself was incredibly moving for our guests, and beautifully run by Robert. He was witty, natural, and supportive throughout. Our guests really enjoyed it and several mentioned specifically how beautiful and moving the ceremony was.

You can tell both Robert and Karen really cared, and we are so pleased that we picked them for our big day. We are so grateful to them for everything and would recommend them wholeheartedly.

We just want to say a massive “thank you” to Robert and Karen for everything you did for us before, on and beyond our wedding day. You made planning a wedding in France from England so easy.
The communication with Robert before the wedding was so helpful and professional. From answering our emails of all our questions to sitting and planning out a ceremony and script. We were able to make changes to our script on the lead up to the day. We were given many choices to make our ceremony personal and special to us. We chose to have the “loving cup” and “sands of time” ceremony.
On the day, Robert and Karen came early to set up and chat to us. They were so calm and eased our nerves giving us both advice for the ceremony and our future. They are both beautiful, kindhearted and calm people - perfect qualities to have around you on a special day.
They handled everything with the ceremony allowing us to focus on getting ready and prepared.
We and our guests loved the interaction before and throughout the ceremony keeping everyone engaged and included.
From the service we were given photos and keepsakes from our service which we have been able to fly home with us.

We would like to say a big thank you to both Robert, and his wife, Karen, who worked with us to create the most beautiful symbolic ceremony. We had the a wonderful day; the ceremony was thoughtfully put together, and Robert delivered it in a calm, clear and confident manner, captivating our audience. So many of our friends and family commented afterwards on what a lovely ceremony it was, and especially enjoyed the special ceremony with the Sands of Time and Loving Cup. A heartwarming testimonial from the delightful Xavier and Hind, it was an honour to be their wedding celebrant at the magnificent Chateau de Malmont.
Robert is a wonderful, professional and warm celebrant. Prior to the ceremony, he was very helpful in answering our questions, walking us through all the details and providing us with an excellent ceremony script which we were allowed to personalize and adapt according to our wishes. During the ceremony, he made us (and our guests) feel at ease and ensured everything ran smoothly. His calming presence was greatly appreciated. Our experienced Celebrants, Cherry Thatcher, Ian Watson and Robert Hendry are happy to travel up to 350Kms from our base near Carcassonne to conduct ceremonies.

With over 200 weddings already completed, we are also able to advise and recommend other wedding services across the south of France to help make your day perfect.
