Laura and Ben got married for the second time - the first unofficial wedding was mucking on the night they met - something to be said for destiny.
The venue , Stanley, was so beautiful, and your special reading by your nephew filled our hearts with love.

This was my last wedding in 2023!
When I ask everyone on behalf of the couple to wait a while before they share any photos I do the same thing.
And then, you know what it's like. The next minute, it is Christmas, then I take a break, then the day job resumes, and before I know it, it is April next year. So here I am catching up on my socials.

Deanne and Kyal chose an intimate ceremony for their wedding day with some very close people.

What a beautiful venue you chose for your wedding day, and it was absolutely styled to perfection - what an awesome sister you have, Angela, she should go into business.

Would you like a friend to perform your ceremony?
That's what Tiarna and Gary did.
Their dear friend Jane, who was very much a part of the surprise factor when the proposal happened, was the person who shared their love story and I simply stepped in at the end to do all the legal stuff.
They took their time on the day to enjoy being Mr and Mrs and celebrated with their extended family and friends the following day 🥰

I'm always open to new ideas and we can do almost anything as long as it involves the legal stuff. I do have my limits, though; if you want someone to marry you in a hot air balloon naked, I am just not your person 🙊🤣

Olivia and James!

Thank you for the honour of officiating your wedding ceremony.
James's grandmother's garden provided the most beautiful backdrop.
This one was a bit special for me. I have known James always and their family farm neighbours the property where I grew up.
In fact, I cherish my grandparent's dinner set that was a gift at their wedding from James's great-grandparents in 1950 🥰

Ash and Josh pulled off the ultimate surprise when they invited their nearest and dearest to the family farm to take part in a photoshoot with Tam Perry Photography!

When I rocked up about an hour in, not long after Ash changed into her stunning dress and dropped the bomb on what was happening, there were obviously a few wet eyes.

I love, love, love being the secret squirrel on days like these. There is so much fun in the planning.

What is better than a Flower Girl?

Nothing!

But when DJ Steve Bowen from Bowens Entertainment hit play, and those Beer Boys came dancing down the aisle, throwing petals and handing out cans, you can't help thinking that Beer Boys come a very close second.

Jessica and Todd's March wedding day was filled with fun, love and laughter. They included all their guests by inviting them to be a part of a ring-warming ceremony. Those rings were filled with love and well wishes by the time they were presented to each other. Throw in a dash of emotion with such meaningful vows, and you have the perfect recipe for a fabulous wedding day and the beginning of a great marriage.

What a great day to celebrate!

Today, 50 years ago, the first Civil Celebrant in Australia was appointed. What a positive move that has transformed the landscape of weddings, funerals and milestone ceremonies across the country.
This is a significant milestone in Australian history and The Celebrants Network will be celebrating this unique and cherished profession on Saturday 29th July, 2023.

March was HUGE and I am still catching my breath and catching up on socials.

Cory and Chelsea had an intimate ceremony with a big party to follow. It was so beautiful looking out over Lake Mulwala on this perfect autumn day.
