Wow! This event was so fun! I was contacted by Manhattan Construction to cater a retirement party. He’s also a big time fisherman, so I had to personalize his board with some cute fish skewers, gummy worms and gummy fish. They wanted mini sandwiches and a bunch of other things. On this table, I made:
-Mini pretzel blt’s
-Chopped Italian diy croissants
-Pasta skewers
-Meats/Cheeses/Crackers/Veggies/Fruits/Dips/Pickles/Olives/Nuts/and so much more!

Charcuterie Cups are a perfect option for all types of events. It’s a great idea for guests to just grab a cup and go! This was for Metro Christian Schools graduation this afternoon. It’s had a bunch of yummies in it….fruit and cheese skewer, meat/olive/pickle skewer, honey stick, grapes, mint candy & meringue dessert. These were also gluten free and nut free!
