Game On ! And we sure did “Level up “ this set up for my repeat client whose son turned 8 ! A minimalistic approach to this theme definitely made a big impact to all the guests and I could not have done it without my friendors ! @confettieventrentals.ca @elegantcakeart @thepetiteparty Plus we had @modishfoodandstyling who always knows how to make an impactful spread keeping in mind the theme and vibe ! Yet another great event we were able to pull off together ! Thanks Puja ! Key challenge we had was utilizing the space to its fullest but at the same time not making it looked cramped and overwhelming …so moving tables and chairs around /back and forth was definitely a task :)

One thing I have learned as an event planner from this whole pandemic situation is you can still execute and make things happen by styling and planning from the comfort of your home . You need the right clientele ,trustworthy vendors and alot of clarity with your vision when communicating virtually . If that's all in place ...your event can be memorable . Trust me the time and effort ( messages ,emails back and forth , inspirations , thinking of different ideas ) is the same regardless of how you plan it. This "NASA " theme was a total surprise for the birthday boy and glad we could keep it under the wraps 👍 and his mom knew exactly what she wanted !
