What a fun night of music across genres @ SELECT! Big ups for having me out and for being such a great tag partner. That tempo tour was super fun, and kinda like our EyeWorm moniker, seemed kinda crazy at first, but then we just vibe like it was meant to be. House, breaks, UK Funky, grime, future jungle, deep dub, techno, club, jungle, footwork, and drum and bass (and maybe more) all in just a couple hours.

x Mung Bandit ( ) was a matchup of straight 🔥 to bring us through the first half of the show and brought the flash and visuals motifs to hold our eyes attention. If anyone grabbed pics or vids during my set, I'd love to see em.

Thank you to everyone who came out, it was a sweaty one inside, but it was great seeing you all grooving on whatever beats we served. I'll be back with the Vibe Syndicate for IndepenDANCE w/ MARY AK, Mung Bandit, Craig Rumble B2B Mr. Eyeslee on July 4th in Salem. Keeping it low and slow with .rumble on opening pressure.

Last Thursday the one made his debut at elements. We got set up for a 10pm sharp launch, making sure the turntables and S11 mixer were working smoothly for the master to use. The air of our recent elements fam losses of Teddy and Lex held us all tightly as we gathered to share in their love of jungle and drum & bass.

I opened the night with an emotional hour of liquid and rollers, full of some of his favs that I've played, leading off with Brand New Trumpets - This is For You and closing with Moby - Porcelain (Pola & Bryson remix) into the 2025 Circles remaster. DJ G-Force ( ) continued the emotion, opening with Wishing on a Star (Aphrodite & Mickey Finn remix), before getting into some right nasty tunes just like Teddy would have wanted.

DJ Craze took the helm at midnight with all the flair and big tunes we wanted, plus a smile and friendliness that could melt glaciers. He was certainly throwing heat from the decks as we rotated on and off the dancefloor to kept hydrated and get fresh air. Thankfully, made every seat the best one in the house, with his overhead cam providing a view on all the screens as Craze worked his magic, alongside and overlayed with his usual unique graphics and quips.

Shouts to everyone who came out, Lenore for the nice videos, Gina for crushing her set and twinning w me on the shirts, and all you wonderful people who gave hugs and expressed condolences. Teddy was watching over us tonight, and I know he saw all the love we shared.

This week, we kick off the long holiday weekend with a July 3rd Residents Rotation. I'm honored to join Lenore and Furious behind the decks for a family holiday night of drum and bass in my first Rotation as a resident! will be making one of his few appearances this year, so come out and dance with us 💃🕺

Saturday afternoon we took a few steps outside South Station and danced right on the edge of Dewey Square Park by the Rose Kennedy Greenway as .letusvibe invited to collaborate on this outdoor dance party. The sun was bright and the vibes were right for a mix of house, jungle, and drum and bass from and myself.

DJ Sav ThaiSoul led off at noon with some funky, soulful house as we got set up, with friends arriving and some passers-by grooving to the tunes. I took the next hour, blending a few house tracks before transitioning to liquid DnB through halftime. Lenore finished out the first rotation as the dancers really started sweating, while listeners enjoyed the grassy greenway or pop-up nearby.

We kept the music rolling till 6pm with another rotation through the DJs, with my set veering sharply upward to 160 and then back into vocal liquid DnB. Lenore closed things out giving us the energy to get through the rest of the evening.

Shouts to / .letusvibe for having us out and putting on such fun outdoor events, to everyone who came and made it a great afternoon, and to Craig, Lenore, and Sara for the vids during my sets.

Last Thursday, Beltek Foundation brought a bit of Maine to elements with and coming down to play the pre-party. Lenore opened the night for the Maine crew, as Seratto and Undrig both prepared to make their elements debuts. Seratto was up next with smooth blends and a liquid vibe that growled deeper through the set. Undrig brought a midi pad to the party, interacting live with his DJ set of deep rolling jungle vibes. Then Beltek founder Psydways closed the night with anthemic tunes keeping us shouting till the end.

pastiched so many patterns and scenes while placing in a heartfelt montage reel of our recently lost elements fam, and (ty .kashofficial for creating such a touching piece). The love in the room was palpable and spread through music, words, and hugs. Much love to , Teddy's family, and everyone else hurting from recent loss.

This week is one Teddy wouldn't have missed for the world, w making his elements debut. DJ G-Force ( ) is on direct support and returns to the screens. I'll be on doors opener, which is when you should get there if you don't scoop a presale, bc this is a hot one for sure.

Without there wouldn’t be in anywhere near the form I am today. Teddy not only booked me for my unretirement gig in 2018, but also let me go way over budget for the night, provided I took care of the overage. Important lessons were learned behind the decks and scenes that night. Thus began a friendship built on mutual support and brutal honesty.

Over the past seven years, Teddy was a mentor to me as I navigated the New England DnB and rave scenes. His honest critiques and feedback on some of my early performances helped hone my skills and later, break through much of my imposter syndrome behind the decks. Teddy also supplied me with used gear at far below value to help me keep upgrading my setup on a budget. His willingness to help those who put in work to better themselves is one of his traits that I respected the most.

Despite all he had achieved in life, Teddy constantly had new goals to work toward. Whether DJing, cooking, glass blowing, or his day-to-day work with non-profits, he was always growing. I cherish that I was able to return some of the favors he did for me by guiding him towards his goal of playing at elements. And then to be able to offer him a residency as Trip Monitor on the Playground: Field Trips felt like it brought everything full circle, even down to him offering to cover the cost of our July Field Trip guests.

I’m going to miss DJ NoMercy, the junglist, the turntablist, the Mutiny and Tight Crew staple, and Trip Monitor. I’m going to miss Teddy Ritter, the photoshop meme master, the sandpaper covered teddy bear, the meat, pasta, and glass artisan. But most of all I’m going to miss Teddy, the homie who praises homies for no reason, who is proud of his successes and his failures, and who is ready to step up for what’s right.

He once wrote, “If you don’t have friends like Ryan, you need to find you a Ryan”. Well, this Ryan doesn’t know where he’ll ever find another Teddy.
