At LA FERIA, we believe that flamenco should be Universal.
That’s why we have always supported beautiful projects made with heart, like those offered by Flamencollab guided by the MAESTRA Cherie Morgan.
Their students are an example of perseverance, passion, and loyalty, nurturing the gift they have to offer it to the world. This year, we have finally decided to give them the opportunity they have longed for: to become true Flamenco artists on stage.
Each of the BAILAORAS we will have at the FLAMENCO DELUXE EXPERIENCE at LA FERIA will perform a SOLO, offering the best of their inspiration.
Thank you for your courage, girls. You are an example to follow, showing that flamenco is born anywhere in the world because it is invisible to the eyes. Because it is in the soul.

Meet ✨ Cherie Morgan 🌹
Founder & Director of Flamencollab
She began dancing at the age of 2, at the age of 10 she trained in classical Spanish Dance, at 19 she moved to Madrid (Spain) and trained with some of the very best bailaoras (flamenco dancers) such as La Truco, Miguel Cañas, Carmela Greco, Milagros Menjibar, Luisa Palacio, Javier Baron and Carmen Ledesma.
We are so honoured and proud to have Cherie and her Flamencollab Performance on board with us...
Flamencollab is based in Brunswick and offers these classes:

+ Children's Flamenco (Ages 5-10)
+ Adult Flamenco Dance Technique & Choreography (Absolute Beginners, Beginners 1, Intermediate, Advanced)
+ Beginners 1 Complementos (Props: fan, manton/shawl)
+Cajon y Compas (Rhythms and Clapping)
+ Performance Group (By Invitation)

Meet our Chef Laura Ballester👩🏽‍🍳
She was born in Xátiva (Valencia).
She learnt how to cook spending time with her grandma and her mum.
After finishing her culinary studies she worked in some Michelin star restaurants around Spain, Italy and Belgium. Until she anded in Sydney 12 years ago. She worked as pastry chef in Ormeggio restaurant for 4 years where she started to fall in love in the process of bread making, there is when she changed her career to become a baker.
Now she is a member of eat spanish and she is going to be on charge of our best variety of tapas, paella and our most expected dish: SEAFOOD FIDEUA🦐🥘at LA FERIA Spanish Fiesta💃🏽✨
