Meet our resident Retired DJs: Barney Logic has been DJing since the mid-90s and has featured on line-ups alongside the likes of Goldie, Annie Mac, and Basement Jaxx.
Originally a drum & bass promoter and a DJ under the name of DJ Logic. Barney was one of the founders of Code Red Promotions and ran countless nights across the South West, including the legendary eclectic classics night Wonkey Legs which ran for 25 years.
During the 2000s he shared the decks with idols like Fabio, junglists like Micky Finn and Aphrodite, and current Radio 1 playlist stars High Contrast and Danny Byrd.
Returning to London Barney Logic played the venues he’d frequented as a young raver including Fabric, Turnmills, Scala and 333.
He now plays a mix of feel-good drum & bass, house, hip hop, garage and breaks from the past 30 years to the present day. “If it has a soul, I’ll play it.” 🔥
