致所有李荣浩演唱会马来西亚站持票者

早前因新冠肺炎疫情影响而宣布取消“李荣浩年少有为世界巡回演唱会马来西亚站‘’。我们在此澄清关于退款事宜。

在这两年退款事宜一直在与票务公司MyTicket持续沟通。我们从票务公司所得到的回复都是已完成退款因为所有客户持有票都是自动退款。至于部分客户投诉没收到退款，经过深入沟通后MyTicket 承认因客户个人/代购资料不齐全，邮箱，信用卡及银行户口不正确等所以没有继续跟进问题。

对于MyTicket退票未尽事宜以及由此带来的不便，我们深表歉意。至今还未收到任何关于MyTicket退款邮件，请再次信息我们邮箱或面子书。我们承诺将督促票务公司MyTicket在短期内尽可完成此次演唱会所有退款。

第二，之前我们有和第三方合作及做团体购票。由于我们都是直接对接第三方，所以我们公司内部并没有任何客户资料。通过第三方购买票的客户，欢迎通过邮箱或面子书信息我们。显示你的票根等资料给我们做记录与核对，我们愿意做退款。

我们借此通告呼吁还没收到退款或还没申请退款的客户，提供以下信息致我们的邮箱，我们将联系票务公司以获取退票详情：
i） Full Name in IC 全名
ii） Contact Number 电话号码
iii） Email Address 邮箱地址（需与您购票的邮箱相同）
iv） Ticket & Refund Letter (如有)
