The Oaks Wedding & Event Center absolutely never dissapoints. 🤍 It was a magical night celebrating Jacie and Sean's big day! Sean's sister has been one of my best friends since college, through filming my first wedding, and she was with me when I found out what a "deposit" was - must less what I was going to charge for it! And I've never edited that deposit price since. Needless to say, it was an extra special honor capturing this for their family. Congratulations to Mr. & Mrs. Bryan! 🤍💍

The Bounphengs: Sneak Peek
It’s without question that Thudy + Mike’s wedding weekend in Lafayette was amazing and beautiful in every single way. 🤍 There are endless amounts of love and support for this couple, and so much that they and their families taught me in the small part of our 48 hours together. Here are a few that need to be shared:
1. Roll. With. The. Punches. Thudy and Mike were smiling ear to ear all day long and enjoyed every single moment together - even with a train passing by the venue during their vows... Because that’s what marriage is really all about, right? Loving each other through the good, the bad, and, especially, the unexpected.
2. As welcoming as home can be, never be afraid to step into a new community and be ready to learn. I was honored to witness and film my first Lao ceremony and eat some of the best (& spiciest) food I’ve ever had in South Louisiana.
3. Get a bridesmaid that follows you around and plays Bridgerton covers on replay. Don’t be surprised if this is a requirement in my contract going forward.
