Kira and Tristan got married October 16th and had such a beautiful indoor wedding! The one thing I really can’t change last minute as a wedding coordinator is the weather (even if I so badly want to!) but thankfully we were able to setup a full indoor ceremony for 100 in less than 10 minutes with the help of some wonderful groomsmen and bridesmaids! I was so glad I got to have a small part in their big day! Congratulations Mr. And Mrs. Hogsed!

Bill and Allison tied the knot on October 7th and I feel so terrible that I’m just getting around to posting photos! The Scottish bagpipe player and drummer were such incredible touches! The whole wedding was beautiful and not a detail left out! Everything from her dresses, his kilt, the favors, the gorgeous flowers and amazing food, everything was perfect and I loved coordinating their gorgeous wedding day! ❤️

Ayla and Davidson got married on Friday and it was absolutely stunning! There were so many beautiful ceremony details and the ice-cream bar at the end of the night was a huge hit! I think I’m going to start encouraging more ice-cream bars and less cocktail bars it was so fun, haha! They were the happiest couple and their happiness was contagious to everyone there. So glad I got to be a small part in their gorgeous day! ❤️

Last week was a double wedding week for me and I loved every minute! Joy and David tied the knot on Saturday and their ceremony was absolutely beautiful, complete with a violinist, pianist, singing and the sweetest piano solo from one of Joy’s piano students. Throughout the photos you will see mandarin wedding ducks on the wedding programs, magnets on the tables and on the cake which are a symbol of fidelity, fruitfulness and love in Korean weddings. They even incorporated Joy’s parent’s ducks from their wedding on the wedding cake and it was so sweet! In all of the years I’ve coordinated I’ve never been included on the seating chart and they put me at a table for dinner which was so thoughtful! Usually I hide in a little room somewhere and stand and eat (iykyk). Also, her dress was to die for and I see a lot of dresses! So stunning! Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Ortega! ❤️

I was able to coordinate my sweet cousin’s wedding at The Barn at Valley Brook yesterday and it was beautiful!! I’m no florist but I was happy how the arrangements for the table turned out. I wish I had gotten more pictures of the day! So happy for Candice and Matthew, you two are so cute and a perfect match! ❤️

Hopelynn Claire Holley made her arrival on Father’s Day, June 19th 2022 at 6:03 am and immediately wrapped us around her finger and for the past three months has wrapped us more each day! She’s the sweetest and happiest baby girl and even though I have missed out on weddings the past few months, I’m so thankful to have had time at home with her! I can’t wait to {slowly} start coordinating weddings again but wanted to introduce my sweet girl to everyone I worked with while pregnant that anticipated her arrival with me❤️
Not even maternity leave and being almost nine months pregnant could keep me from event coordinating. Not too much longer until my sweet girl is here but until then I wanted to share some photos of my “Sweet As A Peach” baby shower we had at . 🍑
Today was such a beautiful and fun wedding to end on before the arrival of my baby girl in a couple of months! Thank you so much to Dean and Courtney Priest for letting me coordinate and be apart of their big day today! It turned out absolutely beautiful! As excited and happy as I am about the arrival of my daughter, I am truly going to miss being able to coordinate and be a part of all of the remaining R-Ranch weddings for this year. It doesn’t feel like it is enough to just say a simple thank you to the couples who gave me this. This represents so much to me. 10 years ago if you’d have told me I would be where I am today owning my own business and being a full time wedding coordinator with an award for being a Best of the Knot vendor I wouldn’t have believed you. Being able to wake up everyday and love what I do would not be possible without the couples who give me the honor of letting me plan and coordinate their wedding day and I feel so blessed that the couples I’ve grown to love so much this year did this for me. I can not thank you all enough for letting me be apart of your day and for supporting me and trusting me with one of the biggest days of your life, I will forever be grateful because it is you that allows me to continue doing this. On October 16th I had the honor of not only coordinating my best friends wedding but also being the maid of honor in it! It was an absolutely beautiful day watching the sweetest couple get married at such a pretty venue! I will say being IN a wedding made me feel much more nervous than I have ever felt coordinating one, haha!
