It's Tamale 🫔 season again!

I will be selling tamales on Saturday, December 21st. Here are the options:

- Dozen chicken tamales (guajillo or tomatillo) - $34
- Dozen pork tamales (guajillo) - $34

Chicken sandwiches, soft coconut cookies, and Madeleine cookies but I didn't have the mold so a cupcake mold was perfect. So light, airy, and delicious.

On February 3rd, I will be having a tamale-making 🫔 class for adults. You will be learning the way my mother taught me how to make these delicious little bundles of love.
