Good Morning All,
We are revamping a few things with our business. Just a couple of reminders, PLEASE understand that we are a visual company, meaning we will ask for pictures of a vision our clients would like/love to see for their event. This is how we can execute the details of decor for the event. If the client can not show a picture of some sort, then we will politely declines services. Also, when the client book us, keep in mind that once you pay your deposit it is NON-REFUNDABLE (No exceptions) then services will be promptly started for the client event.
