Blooms by Samantha Blooms by Samantha is owned and operated by Samantha Troup. I am an independent floral designer. The first wedding I designed was my own.

My love for floral design started in college with my first floral design class. After graduating in 1994 from Kansas State University with a bachelor’s degree in Horticulture Therapy, I continued gaining floral design experience by teaching classes to my clients, and working in a floral shop. After my wedding I started doing my friend's weddings. I really enjoyed helping my friends afford the flow

ers they really wanted by not needing to use a traditional floral shop. My friends then started referring me to their friends, and I finally decided to start advertising and turn my love for floral design into a real business. I still gain so much satisfaction in helping brides obtain beautiful flowers, without spending a fortune. I work with my Brides by suggesting arrangements and flowers that fit their style and budget.
