Spirit Lab is a live music ecstatic dance. An impromptu one-of-a-kind music and dance experience that is attuned to you, the dancer. Multi-instrumentalist Jason Traweek (aka Spirit Lab) creates the sacred space and sounds to celebrate our body's innate, healing connection to drumming through dance and ceremony. We will start with a grounding organic ambient to high staccato DJ mixed warmup. We'll have a short opening circle to set guidelines and personal intentions for the dance. Then Spirit Lab will start the main wave, taking us on a journey specific to our place in time and space.
