Join us for a transformative dance and healing event featuring a Friday night festival atmosphere, cozy lounge spots, and a tea service in a conscious, alcohol-free space.

**Arrival at 7 PM?** Bring a yoga mat (limited rentals available).

**Guidelines:**
- No shoes, photos, or conversations on the dance floor
- Alcohol-free; be mindful of other substances
- Establish eye contact for consent
- Topless allowed; bottoms must stay on
- Scream only at walls/ceiling
- Use "prayer hands" to conclude interactions
- Quietly exit after 10 PM
- Report issues to Océan Longnion or staff

**What to Bring:**
- Socks (if preferred)
- Water bottle
- Comfy dance clothes (or dress up!)
- Change of clothes/towel

✨ Explore touch + learn to attune to others without the use of sight
✨ Find, recognize + communicate your boundaries
✨ Express your emotions
✨ Feel playful, sensual, embodied + free
✨ Use ALL experiences (including triggers + uncomfortable moments) as material for expansion + self empowerment

While contact is not the point of Latihan, this experience can and does involve touch while blindfolded. Part of the exploration of Latihan is finding your YES and your NO, and taking full responsibility for communicating your boundaries at all times. Please know that this is an advanced level practice.

If you have deep seated traumas, difficulty expressing boundaries, a tendency towards a freeze response, or an inability to down-regulate yourself please reach out to Julia at [email protected] to discuss the details of the practice and if this is the right fit for you.

Flow:
7:15 to 7:30 ~ Doors open. Arrive and mingle. Ground in with movement to help get you out of your head and in to your body
7:45 ~ Doors lock. Introduction and explanation of Latihan
8:00 ~ Begin Latihan
9:15 ~ Sharing circle and closing
9:30 ~ We close for the evening ✨

What to bring:
Clothes you can move in (like what you would wear to a yoga or dance class)
Knee pads (not a necessity but can be nice)
hair tie or scrunchie if you have long hair
water bottle
Blindfolds will be provided but you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer

Parking is in the back of the building and is accessed from Allred Drive. If you are coming from the north you’ll head south on Riddle Road , take a left on Allred Drive, and then a right into the parking lot. Once parked walk up the sidewalk from the back of the building to the blue door at the front. Do not park at the front of the building

**Family Ecstatic Dance Event:**

Join us for **Family Ecstatic Dance**, an all-ages celebration of movement and connection! This inclusive event invites families to freely express themselves on the dance floor, regardless of experience.

**What to Expect:**
- Safe space for all ages
- Doors open at 10:30; warm-up music begins
- Opening Circle at 10:45
- Eclectic playlist: calming to energetic
- Freeform movement—no experience needed
- Connect and enjoy with other families
- Closing circle at 11:45 for reflection

**When:** 1st Wednesdays of the month

Who is Patricia?
Patricia is a world music singer song writer.That has a far reaching repertoire of blues, Jazz, classical, acoustic and world music and is also a multi instrumentalist sound bath healer. Who sings in French, Portuguese, Italian, Spanish,Tibetan, and Hindu chants

Patricia was independently signed by Jace Smith former recording engineer for Capitol Records to Lotus light Productions for whom she co-produced two of her four CD's.

Patricia Malta was also the youngest member of the Delphi-a Opera Company at age Seventeen.

Patricia is now accompanied by (The Professors) Vincent Martucci one of the great Jazz pianists of the NY Metropolitan jazz scene, along with Bassist Rich Syracuse and drummer Jeff Siegel. Patricia is both as a voice teacher and facilitator of support groups and artist retreats.

We are back with a Wednesday Night Ecstatic Dance Practice!

Come dance yourself over the hump!

We'll have some sets by DJ's going through our mentor program and some sets by our usual lineup of experienced DJ's, and I'll do my best to announce each week who's up!

The schedule and format will be the same as Sunday morning:
