Our Story
Our Food Truck Anewyoricanthing is bringing the flavors of Puerto Rico to street fairs, festivals and private parties across Long Island. I was on Food Network’s CHOPPED (Food Truck Luck Episode) the experience was nerve wracking and amazing! We were also featured on L. I. News 12 Food Truck Fridays and several articles have been wriiten about us in local papers, but what really excites us is meeting and feeding all of our amazing customers.
The love and passion of Puerto Rican cuisine is put into each recipe.
