As we’ve grown, people ask us if we’re a wedding photography agency — the answer is NO! We’re a small team that’s grown since 2009. It started as two kids who met at a camera store in 2009 .the.editor + who thought hey, we should shoot some weddings together! Over the years the team grew to 4, 5, 7, 8 and now 11 people who consistently have their hands in running this business. Yes, we’ve had some team members come and go over the years, but for the most part the same core team has been running this business for almost 10 years together. And yes, we are all GREAT friends 😍

We love a candid moment 🖤🤍 first pic shot by in 2016 and it still holds up as one of my all time favorites. A flash storm came down on Kurt + Lauren’s outdoor ceremony and everyone ran inside — an iconic moment. 🤌🏻

Last pic was another flash storm after the ceremony, and the bridesmaids wrapped the bride in sheets of plastic to run out to the bus 😂 the look on the guests faces in the background cracks me up. The cool thing about this storm is it was NOT on the radar and it started coming down HARD when the bride and groom did a ring warming at their ceremony. Just a little good luck from above ⛈️

Erika + Johnny‘s wedding felt a bit surreal to me… back when I was just starting out and building my portfolio my cousin recommended them to me for their maternity photos for their daughter in 2016 which is about 8 years ago.
