ON THE DAY COORDINATION
For on the day co-ordination, couples often ask “How many assistants do you bring with you?”
There is a common misconception, and likely influenced by movies, that an entire team is required to successfully manage a wedding. However, I have personally overseen weddings with 200 without requiring extra help. The only scenario where an assistant may be necessary is when there are 200+ guests in attendance, DIY elements that need to be installed or generally a highly complex wedding with a lot of moving around. Or maybe you prefer having someone at your disposal only throughout the day, you may choose to add an assistant to your budget, but it's important not to spend money on unnecessary help.
Having coordinated approximately 150 weddings, I am a seasoned professional who can skillfully manage large scale events, resolve issues, direct guests, and communicate with suppliers smoothly. I'm not saying it's not stressful, but this is another day in the office.
