Honouring both their traditions and personalities these champions organised two ceremonies.
The first held at a Port Adelaide Greek Orthodox Church, the second at Veale Gardens in the city, followed by a reception at The Pavilions.

The logistics around planning ceremonies and receptions between multiple locations is not to be underestimated. As a guest, arriving and witnessing it's such a joy and enjoyable day, but keep in mind the years of planning and logistics that go behind the day it's a lot. If you struggle with logistics of planning an event or worry on the day that you need some extra support that's what I can help with.

It's my jam dealing with all this stuff and if you don't have to worry about it then you can enjoy the experience all the more.

Congratulations again to Scott and Angelina, they have been off on an amazing honeymoon and recently returned home to Adelaide to kick off life married!!

What's one of the very important pieces to your wedding? YOUR CELEBRANT!

And did I have the perfect Celebrant to officiate our day. If you haven't heard of then listen up!!!

Due to planning my wedding basically overnight with a lead up of ten weeks, there wasn't much time for in person meetings and lengthy discussions so we opted for a couple of zoom calls, phone calls and emails to lock in our suppliers.

During our initial zoom meeting with Katie, Rhys and I were super happy and knew she was our person. Not just anyone can fit the piece of a Celebrant for a royal theme wedding with a wedding coordinator bride who turned into a panicking mess during rehearsal and on the day (planning and coordinating weddings is a lot easier for me then being the bride😜)

Katie allowed us to make the ceremony our own with her guidance and all my requests were taken on board. All our guests commented on how well she held the ceremony, spoke, interacted and was just damn good at her job!!!

We recently caught up following our wedding which is something a lot of suppliers forget to do when they're just down to business but when you have someone who takes the time to keep in touch you know they care about their job with passion, care and pride not just to get the job done and move on to the next one.

Anyway, if you need a Celebrant, you are in the best hands of Katie, she helped make our day all the more memorable and bring my vision of a royal fairytale to life.

(I even got to find out about all the drama that went down before the ceremony and I didn't even know about it. Now that makes for a good celebrant, venue, coordinators and staff!) 🧯🔥🙊

On Saturday I got to run into one of my couples who celebrated their first anniversary a few months ago. Two ceremonies, one reception - Angelina and Scott pulled off a large wedding and what a beautiful day it turned out to be... the weather not so beautiful but it held off for their outdoor ceremony and to get some stunning photos. But as for Angelina in that dress BEAUTIFUL! and Scott scrubbing up well too!

Yesterday Hannah and Ryan celebrated their first wedding anniversary 🥂

Married at this special day surrounded by family and friends and their beautiful daughter they embraced everything that is important to them. H & R are based on a farm on the Yorke Peninsula and the venue was able to showcase everything they wanted all close to home.

Hannah was beyond organised in planning their day and used my event coordinator services to run ideas and get clarity that she was on the right path, which she most definitely was.

I received a lot of comments on how nice it looked. I didn't want to take my makeup off and it held so well I enjoyed a second day out of it 😉

Welcome to Event Ease, created to help you ease your ideas in to your event!

Hi, I’m Tayla the obsessed with organising, events and the finer details Event Manager who decided to turn my passion into my work.

Why? It’s been a life long dream to own my own business, growing up in a small town in SA I watched my parents and family members all own their own successful businesses and I wanted to do the same. So I finished school studied an Advanced Diploma of Events and began my career in Event Management, and LOVE IT!

It became clear to me that this is my calling when I was the Executive Officer for the Kernewek Lowender ‘World’s Biggest Cornish Festival’ that took a year to plan and not one day felt like I was actually working. I thought to myself, why not do what I love and combine it with my passion to own my own business, so I designed Event Ease, specialising in all types of events, designed to assist with planning at any stage and offering tailored packages to suit each individual.
