We are one of the few caterers in Cardiff that make merguez – the North African staple sausage!

After a family health hiatus, we are so happy to announce we are now once again making sausages!

Ready to collect/deliver Sunday 1st October

Woohoo! Thanks for all your patience guys! We have finally moved in and will be up and running for events and merguez very soon!
We have a wedding coming up in a few weeks so we'll be looking to start taking orders for merguez sausages mid to late May. Thanks to everyone who has enquired!🍽🧄

*Merguez Sausages*

We are now selling our delicious merguez sausages fresh to order.

A staple food originating from North Africa, our merguez are made with 100% lamb (no other meat!), & a delicate combination of fresh herbs and spices.

We use natural casings that allow the merguez to breathe, infusing the meat to enrich the flavour.

£5.75 for a pack of 6. We can deliver to you in Cardiff for a small fee or you are welcome to pick them up.

Our first batches are available this Saturday! Please message me or email [email protected] to preorder.

The Med Shed is registered as a food premises with Cardiff Council and we are proud of our food hygiene rating of 5 😊

We still work during the week to fit around our two children. Combined we have over 32 years’ experience in hospitality, catering and customer service and aim to provide the best quality food paired with the best service.
