Some beautiful tablescape details from L+J’s wedding day 🕯️ My bride had such a beautiful vision that was SO fun to bring to life. Here’s the real photos captured by .dawn → swipe all the way to the end to see a few (of the several) AI mockups I created before their wedding day!

AI is such an amazing tool, but it’s definitely not a shortcut. To get an accurate table mockup, you need to understand design at its core + know how to speak to the system with the right prompts + terminology. Otherwise the results are off, unrealistic, or just not usable. And trust me, there are so many paid “design” platforms out there that still miss the mark 🥴 When you really know what you’re doing as a wedding planner / designer, you can be intentional + you don’t need a bunch of extra apps. You need experience, a trained eye + a clear direction for the overall vision. Seeing the mockup and then the real photo side by side is always the best feeling 🤍✨

“If you are reading this and you’re on the fence: do yourself, your spouse, and your family a favor and hire Ayla. Do it. The cost of hiring her in any capacity for your wedding is far outweighed by the immense return on investment you will get. Ayla is a fierce advocate, a trusted advisor, and lovely friend. On the morning of my wedding day, I was enjoying champagne with my family and friends and Ayla and Amanda had everything handled down to the finest details. Our ceremony was beautiful. My husband and I got to enjoy dinner together at our reception, and the reception space was immaculate. Our out-of-town family (large in number and in strong personalities) had an amazing time. No matter how large or small your wedding is, she and her team will make the entire process seamless and the day will be full of only joy. Ayla, we can’t thank you enough.”

Happy birthday to my V***e champagne-loving, ‘we need the pretty glasses’ girl Amanda 🎉🥳

She came into my life back in 2022 when she + her now husband, Josh, hired me to be their full service wedding planner + we spent 18 months bringing their day to life together. Somewhere in all the design sessions, calls + planning details, we just clicked.

Once their wedding was over, she sent me the sweetest message saying she didn’t want to leave the wedding world behind. So she jumped in as an intern + from her very first wedding day with me, it just felt right. I never thought I’d find someone I’d ever trust to be as detail oriented + focused on wedding days as myself, but then I met Amanda. Because she experienced EBA first as a client, she brings such a unique perspective to this work. She knows what it feels like on the other side, so she deeply understands the level of detail, intention + care I expect on wedding days. She stepped into this work like she was meant for it! 💍

Most of you have seen her working behind the scenes or right there on wedding days making everything run seamlessly. She’s become such a pivotal part of Events by Ayla + she’s even taking on a wedding of her own through EBA next summer which we are so dang excited about!!

She is such a light + I feel so lucky that what started as a client relationship turned into her being my assistant + now truly a good friend!🤍

1 wedding planner, 10 weddings 🤍✨

Every couple has a different vision: from modern black-tie to rustic romance, colorful garden parties to timeless neutrals. No matter your color palette, style, or setting - my role is to take what you imagine + bring it to life with intention + detail!

Usually I’m creating design boards before the wedding to map out the look + feel, but this was such a fun project to reverse it - putting them together after the wedding + seeing how beautifully the color + design came to life on the wedding day 💍

These boards are just a teeny glimpse into the stories I’ve had the honor of designing + planning - proof that your day can be as unique as your love story!
