Happy one year anniversary to these wonderful humans who are truly so special to me! It’s hard to believe a full year has passed since I had the honor of planning their wedding alongside them! From our very first meeting, it was clear how deeply they cared for each other + that energy made every step of the planning process so meaningful ✨

What’s been even more special is that this journey didn’t end at their wedding (!!) Amanda loved planning her wedding with me so much that she discovered a new passion, which led her to joining my team + now we get to help other couples bring their own visions to life — together. It’s been such a joy to watch our professional relationship grow into a real friendship 🥹💘 We also have some exciting weddings we’re collaborating on for 2026 + I can’t wait for what’s to come!

Thankful for these three little boys who made me a mama! Happy Mother’s Day to my mama + to all the wonderful moms out there who may be missing their own or yearning to become one 💛🪴

As I continue to build Events by Ayla from my home office, with three boys underfoot (and usually some sort of snack negotiation happening in the background), it isn’t always easy—but it’s exactly where I’m meant to be. Every wedding I plan, every detail I design, is rooted in the deep appreciation I have for time, love, and connection—because I know how precious those things are in my own life.

To my clients: thank you for trusting me. Your support and belief in my work give me the freedom to be both a present mom and a passionate wedding planner. I get to craft unforgettable days for you while soaking up the fleeting, everyday moments with my kids. That is not lost on me. What a gift it is to do what I love—and be home with the people I love most 🏡

And to the moms building businesses between school drop offs, during nap time, making plans after bedtime, or writing emails from the sidelines of soccer games — I see you. It’s hard, it’s worth it, and you’re doing an incredible job. It’s not always glamorous. It’s rarely quiet. But it matters, and it’s making a difference.

Here’s to the moms who are showing their kids what hard work, heart, and resilience look like—building something meaningful, both at home and in the world around them 🌍💫

Forever grateful for this career that allows me so much time with my kids while providing financially for my family. Truly a dream of mine since I was a little girl: I always knew I was meant work from home (90% of the time) + spend these fleeting years with my babies.
