Cherry bourbon smash 🥃🍒 This one is a definite crowd pleaser. The combo of bourbon, cherry, and cola is chefs kiss!
INGREDIENTS
Handful of cherries (about 8)
3/4 fresh lime juice
3 oz. bourbon whiskey
1 tsp. maraschino cherry syrup
Top off with (I used regular coke but I bet cherry coke would be even more explosive 🍒)
Lime wheel and cherry for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a shaker, muddle cherries and lime juice. Add bourbon, cherry syrup, and ice. Shake it up and strain into an ice filled glass. Top off with coca-cola and give it a stir. Garnish with a lime and cherry. Cheers! 🥃🍒

Spanish Blonde💃
I swapped out the lillet for vermouth & topped it off with some Cava to give you a Spanish Blonde 🤭
You’ll Need:
1 oz gin
1/2 oz dry vermouth
1 oz elderflower liqueur
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz fresh grapefruit juice
Top with Cava
Grapefruit flower ice cube
In a shaker, combine gin, vermouth, elderflower liqueur, lemon, and grapefruit. Shake with ice for 8 seconds. Strain over a grapefruit flower ice cube and top with Cava. 🫶🏼

Cucumber
0.5 oz Simple Syrup
1 oz Lime Juice
0.5 oz Elderflower Liqueur
2 oz Gin ()
1 Egg White
Add cucumber, simple@syrup & lime juice to a cocktail shaker and middle. Then, add elderflower liqueur & gin. Dry shake, then add ice and shake again. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish. Cheers!

Let’s make a Frozen Dragonfruit Lychee marg! It’s so bright & vibrant definitely give it a go!
Recipe/ingredients:
In your blender add
20 grams of Dragon fruit (11.4 calories)
1 lychee with a bit of lychee syrup (8 calories)
30mls or 1oz Tequila (60 calories)
Squeeze of fresh orange juice (to replace the Cointreau) (7 calories)
15mls or 0.5oz fresh lime juice (4 calories)
Add plenty of crushed up ice & blend until smooth. Pour into your salt garnished glass. Enjoy!
Total 90.4 calories

Passion Fruit Mezcalita 5 oz fresh lime juice 75 oz agave
2 oz passion fruit pulp defrosted (I use Goya)5 oz orange liqueur
1.5 oz Mezcal
Smoked Sea Salt and agave for the rim of the glass
Dehydrated lime wheel for garnish
Start by ri***ng a glass with agave and dipping it into salt (place the glass in the freezer while you make the drink). Combine lime, agave, passion fruit, orange liqueur, and Mezcal in a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake until cold and strain into your prepared glass.

30 ml ~ 1 oz Dry Gin
30 ml ~ 1 oz Brandy (Cognac)
15 ml ~ 0.5 oz Lime Juice
7.5 ml ~ 0.25 oz Simple Syrup
3 Dashes Aromatic Bitters
90 ml ~ 3 oz Ginger Beer
Garnish: be tikilicious 🏝️

How to mix it?
Combine all ingredients, except the ginger beer, in a shaker and shake well with ice. Strain into a tiki glass with ice and top up with ginger beer. Garnish it your way and enjoy. 💥 Cheers!
