Pretty wee feminine cake for a special two year old who is affectionately nicknamed 'Pumpkin'.

A tall, four layer, eggless chocolate cake with a strawberry cheesecake filling and vanilla buttercream coating. This cutsie cake had a light peachy pink/pastel lemon ombre finish, seven handmade fondant pumpkins with gold tendrils and leaves, and gentle whimsical garden hints. 💐🐦🧡

This fun chap was a big boi!
A Christmas Cake to thank supporters of the WBOPPHO.

Included a Spiced Apple Cake with Caramel Filling, Orange Cake with Passionfruit Filling and a rich Chocolate Cake with Berry Filling.

The cake needed to incorporate the PHO logo (we made the custom cake topper) and a nod towards the brands colours. We snuck in a wee bit of Kiwiana to give this a 'NZ summer' touch.

A smaller GF companion cake was made to cater for GF guests.

Made with luscious Philadelphia Creamcheese and thick Greek Yogurt, Heilala Vanilla paste, free range Eggs, a hint of Orange Blossom Water, generous amounts of pistachios and walnuts in the crispy and buttery Baklava crust, soaked in Manuka Honey and Cinnamon syrup, topped with Lemon and Rose Turkish Delight pieces, chopped Pistachios, dried rose bud petals and edible Gold Leaf.
