Bread is the moment and the potatoes are snack. More from this beautiful event!

The food styling doesn’t stop here though! Excited to create more interesting table scapes with flowers and food this coming week.

But before sharing that, I had the best two days in Ann Arbour, Michigan with during my 1:1 intensive where I really got to experience the tutelage and mentorship I have been craving. Can’t wait to share the photos beautifully captured by Susan on those days!

Happy Halloween!

I am so excited for the projects upcoming in November as I undertake more creative work that aligns with my artistry.

I continue to be grateful for those who surround me and provide me with the opportunity to be creative and to experiment with new ideas and techniques.

As my health has fluctuated over the course of the year, I am grateful for my body allowing me to feel better this Fall so I can support my loved ones around me who are struggling with their health as they have done for me.

In preparation for a very busy November of flowering for two themed corporate events, one wedding and then ending the month with my 1:1 workshop intensive with , I have been stretching myself creatively and artistically to know myself deeper as a floral artist.

Cheers to my partner for taking these photos and for being ever so supportive of my creative endeavours. I am so grateful for you, my love.

A few key notes I took when arranging this piece:

1. Achieving layers and depth.
2. Finding negative space.
3. Enjoying the process.
4. Gratitude to the farmers who dedicated their sweat, love and attention to growing these stems for me to play and exercise my floral practice with.
