Friday - Closed due to the 50 mph gusts and rain.
Thats a wrap on 2022, thanks to everyone that has come out this past year and supported me. I am now taking a few days off, there is a possibility I will be back on Tuesday 3rd (check back Monday evening for an update) if I'm not out Tuesday, then I will be for Wednesday 4th. As always opening is weather permitting.

A shot timer on a dual fuel fracino machine.......pure luxury to those who dont use espresso machines i can assure you. Why a timer? Well it is all to do with having a recipe and a target to making every coffee taste the same every time. Previously I used a timer on my scales, yep scales as well this is all getting very technical I hear you say. The timer on the scales worked but its a very disjointed way of doing it, often tapping the button twice and turning the scales off and loosing both time and weight measurement.
I've just got to add another timer next week to the other grouphead on the machine.
For now it's back to the paperwork and a tasty flat white, have a good weekend all.

Tuesday is here and with the weather forecast from tomorrow it may as well be Friday........it's not looking good for trading the rest of this week with rain and/or high winds.
Obviously I will be ready to get out there if the forecast changes and will post up at 8am if I trading.
For today I am setup and ready to go, I will push on a bit later today (as stock allows)

❗Queue as directed previously, along the cones and DO NOT block the track, this needs to be clear for others to pass. If it's starting to get busy then maybe walk a bit further and catch me on your return.
❗We can now meet ONE other from outside our household/bubble for social reasons whilst maintaining social distancing.
❗2 peaple max from each household/bubble to queue. Remaining members if applicable to wait on the seawall/beach/away from the van area. Everyone else please queue individually.

Well I dont really know what the weather is going to do today. The wind was supposed to drop below 40mph by 9am so I am up the beach today in St Mary's Bay. Tomorrow is forecast for 50mph wind at the moment so I'm fairly confident I will be closed (I'll post up if things change)
