Welshampton based Morning Sun Singers couldn't use the Parish Hall today because it was a polling station, so they sang in St Micheal and All Angels in the village, and finished the session with a sing outside in the warmth of the spring sunshine.
They meet every Thursday morning 10.30-11.30 all voices welcome, optional coffee afterwards at the Sun Inn.

The Morning Sun Singers start again this week, Thursday 7th September, 10.30-11.30am at Welshampton Parish Hall. We are a non-auditioned, open access group singjng glorious Acapella songs from around the world, all taught by ear, by local singing leader Mary Keith. A warm welcome is assured, all voices welcome and there is optional coffee and socialising at the Sun Inn afterwards!

Welshampton based Morning Sun Singers joined the Mere Singers from Shrewsbury in a sun soaked, glorious evening of Acapella harmony, poetry and story telling, celebrating the longest day, and the special atmosphere of the Soulton Long Barrow, raising funds for Severn Hospice.
