Exciting details about the Oscar's meet today!

• We had 27 people attend
• Congrats to Hisu for winning the raffle 🥳
• we all raised $293.83 to help Oscar's. thanks to everyone!

Our event went off very successful and the staff loved us so much! we are proud to announce that we will be bringing this event back sunday February 2nd 2025

Number time!

Our 3rd annual Boo at the zoo event we hosted had a rough estimate for attendance of 60 total and 47 fursuiters. now there may have been more but that is the base numbers i could come up with looking back at our photos. we broke our attendance record as our biggest turn out also. thank you everyone who attended and supported our group :)

Boo at the Zoo Furwalk 2024 INFO 🎃

Our furwalk is approaching very swiftly being only 7 days away as of Sunday! It is time for me to share some important information regarding the schedule of events happening that day.

Schedule
4:00-4:55 PM: Arrival; Wait for gates to open (Please come early! The car queue gets LONG)
5:00 PM: Meet inside of the zoo’s main entrance lobby
5:50 PM: Welcome Message from Poppy/Cobalt
6:00 PM: Parade-Furwalk officially begins
6:20 PMish: First fursuit photo (on route)
6:30 PM: Continue Furwalk + Break #1
7:45ish PM: Break #2 + Fursuit Magic Zone (playground)
8:30 PM: Conclusion + second fursuit photo (zoo lobby)

Break Stations
There are two break stations. One before the trick-or-treat trail and the second one before the playground zone.
Please Be Hydrated!

Please please please try to bring your own drinks to stay hydrated. Carry-on bags are completely acceptable to bring into the zoo.

Fursuit Video
At the main entrance, I (Poppy) will be roaming recording a fursuit tour-style video for Tiktok. I might come to you for permission for you to be in the video. Please politely decline if you are not interested. It would just be a 5 second clip of you doing something for the camera.

Hello friends! Don’t forget that tickets are available for purchase for our Sunday, October 20th Furwalk.

The tickets run out in person EVERY YEAR so PLEASE order your tickets in advanced to ensure that you have entry to this event.

Are you interested in volunteering for this event? Feel free to contact Poppy or Cobalt if you are interested in a role. We will post a volunteer form soon with more information, but feel free to message us if you are very interested.

We will also post the schedule/timeline of events when we get closer to the date.

⚠️ IMPORTANT ⚠️

Hello friends.

I have some very unfortunate news to discuss with you all. As we announce this news, we understand any frustration and disappointment this news may cause for some, but we hope we can come together for understanding for the decision made.

Into the Lion’s Den Furwalk/Picnic 2024 is cancelled. We will be moving this furmeet to 2025.

Here are the reasons for the decision made:

1. I, Poppy Husky, has received the dreadful news last week from my work that I will be receiving a massive hour deduction from my employer starting in Oct. Some of you have noticed me being a little gloomy or absent from the chat lately.

2. Multiple registration cancellations/concerns of attendance.

We,will be focusing on our Boo Zoo Furwalk on October 20th and our TBA indoor furmeet.

We really do apologize for the inconvenience and hope you all still have trust in our efforts to bring you the furmeets you are all here for to begin with.

Hello friends! Thank you to those who have shown up to our successful Bristol RenFurMeet 2024! We have definitely seen growth compared to last year and we are happy about the turn up. We are looking forward to next year already! Thank you thank you thank you!!

Bristol RenFurMeet 2024 (THIS SUNDAY) 🛡️

Hey friends! The Bristol Furmeet is only a couple days away! Reminder to meet up at Noble’s Glade (the pond near the jousting arena) at 12:00 PM! Check out the previous post for the map in case you don’t know where to go.

We will snap plenty of photos and collect some clips for a little video to put together (with your consent of course!)

Cobalt Frost and Nova Kitty will see you there! We are so excited to see those who are coming!! 😊 🐾

Bristol RenFurMeet 2024 (UPDATE) 🛡

Just a reminder that the Ren Faire Meet-up is exactly a week from now. (Sunday, July 21st) I am posting a map of the grounds circling where we will be meeting up.

The furmeet is at 12:00 PM. We will be taking photos and posting them on FurTrack. This meet is not expected to exceed 1 hour allowing time for you to enjoy the rest of your time at the faire. At around 12:50PM, we will round up together and take a group photo. Once the group photo is taken, the furmeet is concluded.

Just a reminder that you are responsible for your own ticket/parking fee to enter Bristol! Menards sells tickets at a discounted rate. Otherwise, you can purchase the tickets at the main gates or online.

Please note that the weather will likely be HOT! Please take care of your body by properly hydrating yourself, bringing a fan, and limiting yourself in fursuit. We purposely made this furmeet short and sweet for this reason.

Please meet us at the Noble’s Glades! (The grassy/pond area that is located near the jousting arena.)

Come meet up at Bristol Ren Faire for a short and sweet furry meet up! We will be taking photos and filming video clips. This is a nice chance to get some public fursuit photos of yourself and other fellow furries! We will also do a group photo at the end. Once the furmeet is done, feel free to roam around and see the many cool things Bristol has to offer!

PARTIAL FURSUITS are highly recommended! Please consider bringing fans and hydration drinks too!
