🎬 NYAFF Spotlight: "Escape" - A Pulse-Pounding Journey to Freedom 🇰🇷
"Do you think the South is nothing but paradise?"
"There is no such paradise in the world."
In this thriller intense enough to have you gripping your armrests tighter than a politician clings to poll numbers, two soldiers make a desperate bid for a new life, pursued by an agent who makes the Terminator look like an amateur.
In other words, edge-of-your-seat cinema, starring Lee Je-hoon and Koo Kyo-hwan!
Fresh from its U.S. theater run (kudos, WELL GO USA!), "Escape" is the crown jewel of our "Prime Cuts - South Korea" selection. It's a stark, unflinching look at the high stakes of freedom
