I would like to clear the air on my bad review. I had a customer order 8 feet of balloons she wanted as an arch and then when I showed up she wanted one full side of her gazebo covered with the arch. I informed her that it would not fit but that I could rearrange the balloons to cover it all but it wouldn't be what she originally ordered. She was fine with that. She also asked me to fill extra balloons, I told her if she paid for the helium tank I would fill as many as I could. I ended up putting the entire tank into one giant balloon, I then apologized and offered a refund on the helium and she told me that was not good enough. I informed her before she booked that I had another party that day and would not be able to stay long. She's also insistent that the balloons were not fully inflated (attached is a picture I took as I was leaving, to prove they're full) even tho she said everything looked good when I was leaving. As for time, yes I was running late, the original balloon arch I made flew away (my fault, I know) so I completely re did it in her driveway with her husband watching and okaying everything I did. I apologized I was late but I had to go to the store and get more balloons and they seemed understanding. Sometimes things happen that we can't control but I promise I will do everything I can to make your party dreams come true! As for the refund I offered to refund her for the helium and she said that wasn't enough. I asked her what kind of refund she was expecting and she just said she wasn't happy at all. I tried to offer multiple solutions but she didn't want any of them. I am not refusing to refund her. I told her if she worked with me to figure out a refund I would be more than happy to refund her. I also informed her when booking she was getting a discount and was only paying for supplies. She refused to act civil so I did block her, but I did not block her husband. Her refund is waiting for her and I will be unblocking her to attempt, again, to refund her after she's had sometime to calm down, in hopes that maybe we can actually come to an agreement on that. Also I am confused about them not being "pastel enough". When I bought the balloons that said "pastel" that's what I assumed they were. I do not make the balloons so I do not determine their color. With all that being said I am more than willing to work with you to make your event amazing, if you're willing to give me a chance! Thank you all for taking the time to read this and I hope to hear from you!

DISCLAIMER: She paid $140 for everything pictured including the extra helium, it was a $40 helium tank and that's what I was going to refund her because I understand the frustration of paying for multiple helium balloons and only one getting filled. I am sympathetic of the fact that all the helium balloons weren't filled and I have no problem refunding for that. Also I did not block her husband, after blocking her I went to message the husband asking him how to send the refund and he had me blocked.
Your happiness is my ultimate goal! If you're unsatisfied let me know asap and I will fix it! Thank you
