Spring is here folks and so is our supperclub menu. We've got the start of some proper seasonal food again with Norfolk asparagus and Strawberries as well as a few home fermentations going on as usual to make our bellies happy! Pine cone syrup? Success! Our wild soda with gorse flowers, lime and a well cared for ginger bug fizzed right up and went straight in our bellies to start the day right with a probiotic bang 💥

Aint no rest for the wicked though as we’ve made a huge amount of cherry blossom syrup to do various things with, including make another soda.

Spring has arrived folks and so we get to finally forage and use some seasonal produce once again. We shall definitely be showcasing some Norfolk asparagus amongst other bits n bobs at our up coming Supperclub. What is it?

7 course tasting menu made of high quality produce...theme always changing.
