Die musikalische Reise von Rouven als DJ begann 1996 mit Hardtrance und noch unter dem Namen "Pacemaker". Bis 2008 legte er unter diesem Namen in zahlreichen Clubs im Norden Deutschlands und zweimal im Tunnel-Bunker auf der Nature One auf, bevor er von Hardstyle/Hardcore auf Trance wechselte. Ab diesem Moment nutze er die deutsche Übersetzung seines DJ-Namens "Schrittmacher".
2012 war er zum erste

n Mal auf einem Progressive-/Psytrance-Festival und fand in dieser Musikrichtung seine aktuelle Bestimmung. Von 2014 bis 2017 war er gemeinsam mit DJ Syncron für die Aktivitäten von worldwidetribe events und somit für zahlreiche Veranstaltungen wie Indian Spirit, Psychedelic Circus, Goa Nation und Infinity verantwortlich. Seit 2017 ist er verantwortlich für die Bookings im Bereich Psytrance/Progressive Trance von ME-Events, dem Veranstalter der Airbeat One, Indian Spirit, Psychedelic Circus u.v.m., und er wurde bei Iono Music aufgenommen. Er konnte seine energiereichen Sets unter anderem bei folgenden Veranstaltungen zum Besten geben:
Antaris, Indian Spirit, Psychedelic Circus, VooV, Airbeat One, Sonica Italy, Outdoor Selection Switzerland, Desert Dance Egypt, Twilight South Africa u.v.m. Den aktuellsten Mix gibt es immer bei Soundcloud:

The musical journey of Rouven as a deejay began in 1996 with hardtrance and the name "Pacemaker". Until 2008 he was deejaying in countless clubs in northern Germany and even two times in the bunker of Tunnel at Nature One Festival, before he switched his style from hardstyle/hardcore to trance. From this moment he used the german translation of his dj name "Schrittmacher".
2012 he was at a progressive/psytrance festival for the first time and got infected by that style at once. From 2014 till 2017 and together with DJ Syncron he had been in charge for all activities of worldwidetribe events which means countless events like, Indian Spirit, Psychedelic Circus, Goa Nation and Infinity for example. Since 2017 he is responsible for all psytrance and progressive trance bookings of ME-Events, who is producer of Airbeat One, Indian Spirit, Psychedelic Circus & many more, and he joined Iono Music. He was able to present his dj sets full of energy to the audiences for example at:

Your reactions on my set during and even one day after were incredible! My pleasure for being a small part of a beautiful festival experience of the guests.
Big thanks to Harry and Dani for bringing me and for their lovely hospitality!
You are doing a great job and you have created something really special!
Thanks also to Craig and Heidi for offering a stay in their house for some days right now.
And I also much appreciated sharing some quality time with Ralf, Karen and Kai (did we really miss to take a proper photo together? 😅 )!
