Come join us for a great evening
If you are on the fence about attending Wine Fest on 9/9, this is sure to persuade you to buy the ticket!
Have you had the pleasure of meeting Chef Andy Irion of Schwein BBQ? If you have, you know that you're in for a treat this year because Andy, along with his friend Sandy Fuller, are bringing you their culinary delights to Wine Fest on 9/9! Included with your ticket you will experience all the delicacies provided by the two. Andy and Sandy worked together at the Sheridan Memorial Hospital caffeteria for over a decade and are combining forces once again for your delight! When asked about working together again, Andy said, "It's nostalgic and reminds me of the good ole days".
With over 30 years of culinary experience and a degree from the Culinary Institute of America, Andy is excited to bring you some classic flavors with a twist! You can expect applewood smoked meats (smoked on-site at the event), a variety of olives and cheese (including cheese curds!), desserts, and homemade spreads and dips. If that's not enough to get you down to Wine Fest on 9/9, we don't know what is!
Along with running Schwein BBQ, Andy is employed at Tongue River High School helping special needs kids and teaching them life skills with an emphasis on cooking and baking. He started the Eagle's Nest Bakery, you are encouraged to look them up!
