We hope that the basketball we love can always keep its pure and simple beauty,
where lives inspire lives, and we push each other to become better versions of ourselves,
rather than being held back by the shadows of the world around us.
Thank you to Baram Basketball Association for the invitation, and to Miri Basketball Association for the trust. Together, we successfully completed this meaningful two-day basketball camp.

學生運動員的規劃才是長遠之計，而不是只打球只衝著去當“職業球員” ⛳️

Being a student athlete is not easy, but it's also not impossible. You're pushing yourself to be your best in two areas that are equally important: academics and athletics. 🎓🏆

It takes dedication, hard work, and perseverance. And trust me, it's not just about the wins or the grades - it's about the journey you're on.

The rewards you'll reap from being a student athlete are immeasurable. You'll learn valuable skills like time management, teamwork, and discipline. You'll build unbreakable bonds with your teammates and coaches. And you'll discover a sense of accomplishment that's hard to find elsewhere. 🤞

So don't give up when things get tough. Don't let the pressure get to you. Remember that every sacrifice you make is leading you closer to your goals. 🔥

And when you're standing on that podium, holding up that medal or trophy, or receiving that diploma - you'll know that it was all worth it. ❤️

從友誼賽一句“廉恥”為關係開始的試煉之路，

我們一起經歷到第一場就被人按在地上打爆，經歷破碎和認罪，再到一起自我渴望的重生，半決賽強碰去年冠軍，一直咬到最後一刻沒有放棄，最後1秒被準殺 ，比賽結束 58：56，決賽門票沒了。

痛苦的不是自己能力做不到或想不想要，而是那種傾盡所有了卻就差那麼一點點的遺憾，也因為這樣的刻骨銘心，讓人生的體悟如此真實。

謝謝這段難忘的經歷，不但是難忘的兄弟情誼，還有每人前進的推動力。

全砂学联 MSS-Sarawak 🙌🏀

很欢乐很年轻但也很多感慨的一年全州学联赛，
感谢保楠老师及Saifful老師给于的机会，讓我今年有幸可以参与带领美里U18女篮這隻球隊，也跟大家一同經歷許多精彩的時刻，球队集中训练，每晚开会的讨论检讨及故事，球场上一起为球队全力以赴的拼搏，最後一年學聯學姐的自我燃燒及付出，都为我们的人生添上精彩的回忆和难忘的启发。

美里U17原班主力的缺陣，也給了一些同學證明自己的機會去突破心魔，人生不是每次都萬眾矚目，有時卻是不被看好或无人问津，惟有随时预备好自己，准备机会的来临。

发展不是一朝一夕的工作，是由上而下，打开格局建立关系，打破省份隔阂，尤其在我们热爱的土地砂拉越这个地域庞大的地方，更需要的是团结奋进，愿主亲自祝福并带领这片土地。🙌

“努力去成為自己想成為的樣子...”，我們不必為了誰打球，不需要去成為誰的接班人或是誰的代理人，滿足別人對自己的期待，更應該努力成為更好的自己。

贏更多球就意味更多正面肯定、更少負面批評，於是為了他們，我急切地想要變好。我表現好時，父母比較開心；我有責任讓爸媽開心。不難想像接著會如何向下發展，但容我多說一句，父母的快樂是他們自己的責任，不是孩子...
