We are thrilled to announce that Meadow Creek Farm has officially welcomed new owners and will now be known as Meadow Creek Barn! 🥂

We are excited to continue the tradition of making dreams come true and celebrating life’s most cherished moments. With fresh ideas and the same commitment to excellence, we are dedicated to ensuring every event here is nothing short of magical!
Stay tuned for updates and a glimpse into the new vision for Meadow Creek Barn. We can’t wait to host your weddings, anniversaries, and special gatherings with the love and care you’ve come to expect.

We would like to set all our brides at ease by ensuring you that all previous events and weddings will be honored and we look forward to hosting many more. We also want to continue doing vendor markets, so be on the look out for our next event!

The Childers family has been very gracious with us and have walked us through every step of the process to ensure that your celebrations are the best they can be! I wish them the best on their next endeavor and want to let you know that most of our hostesses are continuing with us, so you will see some familiar faces as we work together to build our future. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us as all of the contact information is the same.

Meadow Creek Farm Brides & Followers:

It is bittersweet to make this announcement to everyone regarding Meadow Creek Farm. When the Childers Family purchased the venue in April of 2021, we had no clue as to what to expect with running a wedding venue or to what kind of impact this would really have on our family or the people that we have met along the way. We have met some wonderful brides and their families the last few years and witnessed some very beautiful weddings. We have learned a lot as a family over the past few years, we’ve had our laughs, feelings have been hurt, apologies were made, and tears have been shed. But overall, we’ve had a good experience with owning and running the venue! We want to thank everyone for their love and support of us during the past 3 years and 8 months!!

We are happy to announce that we have sold the venue, and a new family will be taking over the venue. I know such an announcement like this brings concerns, worries, and fears, but we want everyone to know there’s nothing to be concerned about. The new owners will honor and follow all current contracts that have been booked and are currently under contract with Meadow Creek Farm. There will be no price increases on anything already booked. Anyone with a balance still owed on their contract will pay the new owners that remaining balance.

Most of the current staff will remain a part of the venue. We do want to thank our current staff for being there for us without them, we wouldn’t have the success that we have had. We've all become close as family ourselves.

The name of the venue, phone number and email address will remain the same for the time being.

The new owners will be taking over effective today on January 17, 2025.

Again, we want to thank you all for the love and support! We wish the new owners and their family’s good luck with the venue.

We want to Congratulate all Brides of 2025 on their upcoming weddings!!

We are 1 week away from our Fall Vendor Market at Meadow Creek Farm! Saturday November 16th - 9:00a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

This event is free to the public! Please come join us as we have over 30+ vendors set up and food trucks will be set up as well. Doors will open to the public at 9:00 a.m. The DJ will be playing Christmas music. This will be great for anyone wanting to do some Christmas shopping or maybe just needing a day out with friends!

Approved vendors - you should have received an email yesterday with your booth number in it. If you didn't receive it, please send an email to [email protected]. If you anyone has questions regarding the reminders from the email, please let me know that as well. If you are planning to donate a door prize, please send that email to me as soon as possible. I need to get the list over to the DJ that will be announcing the giveaways!

Good morning All!

Most everyone knows that we normally host an Open House on the 3rd Monday of each month. Due to shortage in staff and another obligation I have that night, I need to see how many people would still be interested in coming to the Open House that night. I need to make sure that it would be worth having a staff member there.

If there is still some interest in people coming to the Open House, we may have to set appointment times.

Please comment and let us know if you are considering coming that night.

Open House for October would be October 21st.
