New smoker day! Birthday present from my family.

All Seasons Feeders, in San Antonio, TX. Model is the "48" X 20" BBQ PIT W/ FIREBOX & SMOKER". 3\16 Steel. Figuring I can get twelve 12-14 pound briskets on comfortably. Cool features, like a heat baffle/duct that runs from firebox to the vertical box. Solid like a tank.

I haven't done any updates in a while. I'm hoping to launch Big Guy BBQ as a business soon- but life and my current job keep getting in the way, and the current job pays the bills. I had the idea for Big Guy BBQ back in 2000 (and I bought the domain name bigguybbq.com to hold on to that idea), but didn't have the funds, backing or skillset to really pull it off. Now I have the skillset, and a son with the skillset, some incredible unique recipes, and repeated confirmations that my brisket rocks.So, now I'm working on a feasbile long-term business plan that will bring Big Guy BBQ to the public- even just to start as a catering business or food truck.
