Next stage after seeing the true horror was to rip everything out and start from scratch. Trailer cleared, cladding removed. Walls scraped scrubbed and orbital sanded. Holes (hundreds) filled. Commercial catering flooring installed.

First job inside is ripping out the dangerous bits and installing the brand new extraction hood. A two man job that I couldn't have done without the help of Gary Jones. What a legend.

A think a full strip and rebuild is in order. God only knows what we are going to find. We'll keep you all updated on the progress. Wish us luck.

Stage 1 of what we are now understanding could be quite numerous. The kids are loving getting involved. Day 1, removing the old decals and adhesive.
