🎃 🧙‍♂️ HALLOWEEN TRIVIA WINNERS 🥷 🎃
Tuesday Night at John Allison Public House

We advertised we were wearing costumes and having a contest last night, AND the place was packed! Trivia Master Andrew Given, standing at 6'8", hosted the evening dressed as Rebeus Hagrid.

🎃WINNERS of the COSTUME CONTEST: 🎃
(Determined by Applause Meter):

🎃 1st Place - DAVE dressed as Porta Pot Guy in a Box (sorry Dave, but we don't see that being a top-selling toy for Christmas this year!)

🎃 2nd Place - ANDREW dressed as Luigi and he did a great job playing the part too!

🎃 3rd Place - GINGER dressed as Granny Looking for her Lost Puppy. As she walked through the audience trying to solicit votes, the crowd kept telling her, "Look BEHIND you Lady!" (pun intended!)

🎃 4th Place (not pictured) - LISA & BRIAN, who dressed as Ceiling Fans, wearing team jerseys, waving around foam fingers, with the word CEILING #1 on their shirts. We had a good laugh over those clever costumes, too!

When three teams all earned 20 points, we went into a tie-breaking round to determine placements:

Winners were CRYSTAL METHODISTS, which gave their team one extra point!

Come one, come all to our annual Costume Contest the week of Halloween! During intermission, we'll have a contest for Best Dressed, Funniest, and Most Original costumes. Yes, there will be prizes!

Interspersed throughout the evening's Trivia, there will be some Halloween and seasonal questions. So, come prepared!

Sorry Folks - but Trivia at John Allison Public House is cancelled for tonight, because I pulled something in my back yesterday and can barely move today. I had hoped it would work itself out - but it did not!

Even though I can't be there tonight - Trivia teams I encourage you to keep your reservations at J*P and enjoy their fabulous food, adult beverages, and great service! While you're there - talk with the other Trivia teams who are also supporting this great restaurant, and maybe you can leave as friends. NEXT Tuesday, you can turn back into competitors! 🤣🤣

🔥Trivia Results Tuesday Night at John Allison Public House 🔥

Thanks to all the awesome teams who came out on Tuesday night to enjoy another round of General Trivia! The food was amazing (of course it was, we were at J*P House!).

🥇MENSA WANNABES earned First Place with a score of 32!
