Think. Engage. Learn. Do. Enjoy. Repeat.
What happens when you mix the beautiful inspiring intelligence of , some great questions, hands-on experiments, and to stimulate the space between their ears? This...!
On Sunday 12 May we explored the "Science of Happiness" and created the time, space and resources for over 100 kids (and the big kids they brought with them!) to knock human feelings science sky high out of the park, exploring and hacking how they can choose to activate their gorgeous brain Neurons and natural energy boosters including , , and !
They , we danced, they chased bubbles, we blew bubbles, they spectacular Belgian chocolate drooled over their choice of fresh , (we had to taste too!), and they created mini masterpieces of "Painting My Feelings" creativity that helped them to understand and explore what makes us FEEL the way we feel from moment to moment. And how we can choose to be happy simply by the way we think and do things every day.
Now THAT’s useful Life Science! :-)
Huge thanks to the grateful Mums, Dads and Grandparents (loved the way some of you boogied to the feel-good music and activated your own chemicals and pathways!).
Parent quote of the day: "All kids need to learn like this, it's so much more fun!"
