Whether it is a reunion, baby shower, wedding shower, surprise birthday party or holiday party, Kerry knows what it takes to pull off a fabulous time that your guests will be talking about for years to come. Below service packages are frameworks/suggestions and can be customized based on your party needs. Additions will be charged on an hourly basis at $30/hr.
1. Serene Soiree**
- Assumes a home party or venue already secured
- Music/playlist recommendations
- Decorations, centerpieces and favors provided
- Menu and signature drink recommendations***
- Cake ordered and confirmed for delivery
2. Party Animal**
- Scouting and securing venue
- Interviewing and booking entertainment (DJ or Live band)
- Decorations, centerpieces and favors provided
- Menu selection and confirmation including signature drink recommendations as appropriate
- Cake ordered and confirmed for delivery
- Venue/head count confirmation
3. Party Like a Rock Star**
- Invitations and RSVP management
- Scouting and securing venue
- Interviewing and booking entertainment (DJ or Live band)
- Decorations, centerpieces and favors provided
- Menu selection and confirmation including signature drink recommendations as appropriate
- Cake ordered and confirmed for delivery
- Venue/head count confirmation and day of check in
*All service packages are estimated based on number of hours required to execute the given contract per Kerry’s experience. Quotes will be provided following initial consultation. Should additional hours be required to execute individual parties, Kerry will notify clients that additional fees may be incurred at an hourly rate of $30/hr
**Kerry’s Okkasions’ service packages and fees do not include vendor fees such as room rental, entertainment fee, hard cost of decorations, cake, stationery or food.
