Our products
Our arrangements are made from artificial foam roses and other artificial products. Order process
Once a payment has been received, we aim to complete your order within eight weeks. This may be subject to change depending on stock and availability; however, we will always keep you informed. Please be aware when placing your order with M K Wedding Flowers that you allow enough time for

delivery before your wedding date. For any orders required sooner than eight weeks, please contact us for availability. Terms of service
You agree to provide accurate contact information and update us if these details change. You also agree that your order is correct at the time of payment as it may not be possible to accommodate amendments. Payments
Orders must be paid in full and can be made via bank transfer or PayPal. Please be advised PayPal payments are subject to a processing fee of 3%. Prices
Please be advised prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Changes to your order
Amendments may be possible at our discretion before orders are dispatched. If you need to make an amendment to your order, please contact as soon as possible. Delivery
We deliver nationwide (UK only), please allow up to three working days for delivery. Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail first class signed for service and is charged at £8.95 per order. If for any reason there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately. We strongly advise that you refuse delivery if your parcel is severely damaged. Storage
Please store your order in the box provided to protect from dust. Store in a dry place out of direct sunlight. If your order is kept in storage for a while and is slightly compressed, arrangements are easily adjusted by hand. Returns & refunds
We do not accept returns. All our arrangements are bespoke and made to order. Any orders delivered are deemed as final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty or damaged. If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, a 30% cancelation charge will be incurred. Safety
PLEASE NOTE: We will not be responsible for any injuries caused by sharp objects such as pins and finishing items. Please be aware, supervision will be required with all children. Privacy policy

M.K Wedding Flowers provide quality artificial wedding flowers at an affordable price with a strong focus on customer service where every order is tailored to your specification to suit your colour scheme, style, and budget. We are based in Birmingham UK and deliver nationwide via courier service.

When placing an order with us we require a 30% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. You can then pay the balance in installments or in full before dispatch.
Once your order has been confirmed, we will schedule an agreed date to begin work on your order. We will contact you with images of your arrangements for your approval and will make any necessary amendments you require.
Final images will be sent for your approval to confirm you are satisfied with your order. Orders will then be dispatched upon receiving full payment.
