So in the early am we went to view the screen and test the film and we’re happy to say everything is working ! 😁🎉

We’re excited to have you join us for our first Focus Nights of the year tomorrow screening Redeeming Love .

Doors open at 6:30pm and we go live at 7pm. The film will be screening in screen 4 followed by a panelist discussion. Our guest will be keeping it 💯 and we know that you’ll leave inspired and encouraged.

Joining us on the evening will be Luke and Nomsa Machabango who have been married for 10 years and are blessed with 3 beautiful children. They are the founders of Rock Solid Marriage Ministry which serves to equip, encourage and edify couples to build on a solid foundation which is Jesus Christ. We're excited to have them join us as they share an eye opener into marriage and how they've overcome the various hurdles that have come their way. 

We will also be joined by Tosin the founder of Anna Gold Ltd, an image consultancy company and Soiree & Co Ltd a luxury events planning company. Tosin is passionate about seeing women walk in complete freedom, unshackled by any hindrances on an emotional, mental, physical or spiritual level so that they can fulfil their God given purpose. Tosin will be joining us to share how she healed from her divorce when her husband of over 3 years unexpectedly turned to her and said "Tosin I don't want to be married to you anymore!"

On the 23rd February, we'll be screening 'Redeeming Love' from Francine Rivers' bestseller, Redeeming Love follows Angel who, new to love, runs from the life she doesn't think she deserves in this powerful story of perseverance.

Following the screening we will be joined by guest panelist to discuss all the themes.

We’re grateful for the online space but nothing beats sitting in a cinema with friends and loved ones and enjoying the experience together 🎉🎉

🍿 🎞 This Film Friday we bring you a feel good series that has people asking the question…

“Is Sweet Magnolias a Christian show?”

The show has been a real hit but Netflix haven’t quite decided whether or not to put it in the Christianity category. They are puzzled 🤔

It definitely has a faith based feel - it’s clean and set in a community that has strong Christian values. It depicts family, forgiveness, charity and conflict in a way that most Believers can relate to… but is it a Christian show?

What do you think?! What makes a faith-based film “faith-based”? We’ll be exploring this question later on in this month’s blog but feel free to join the discussion.

It’s never too late to wish someone a happy new year … so here we go Happy New Year people!

If there’s one thing we need this year it’s grit with a mind to do. So much lies ahead for the one who is willing to not just see the opportunity but seize it.

Here’s to another year where we dare the fear and do it afraid if we have to. I’ve personally made a decision to not allow fear be the reason I don’t answer the call because so much lies ahead of my yes.

I hope that this year you’ll also make a decision to take steps of faith and surf on the waves of God’s grace.

We have a few things lined up for the year so watch this space and follow us on the journey. 🤸🏾‍♂️

Happy new month 🎉

We hope the next two months of 2021 are great for you!

This Thursday we will be having our Faith and Film finale for the year. Join us with Charmaine Dambuza a lecturer in film and media and our very own Dr of Philosophy. We’ll be discussing all things film, human behaviour, psychoanalysis, why it matters or does it? Is everything black and white or is film just a representation of where our society is … so much to discuss, learn and share .
