Good morning to all just a update on P.O.P 2022.
We've been getting a lot of inquiries to this year's event,
First of all we would like to say thank you to all the the people who have been reaching out to the P.O.P Team in regards to what is
happening with this years event.
This really show us how much the car/bike community really want us to make this happen again, & continue to make Power On Petrie Automotive Extravaganza one of the biggest & best events on offer here for us on the Sunshine Coast.
This is a long post but bare with us, & please read the whole post so you we understand what's happening with Power On Petrie 2022, & future events of Power On Petrie
So after months & months continuous meetings with the Nambour Showgrounds, negotiations have broken down, with them imposing additional unreasonable fees & charges, whilst restricting us to several areas of the showgrounds & then to expecting us to allow them to also to hire the showgrounds out to other parties while our event was on.
Which we were not agreeable too Due to the obvious safety issues & Concern's.
We are now working with a new venue that are more than willing to working with us & supporting our NEW EVENTS!!!!
We are working towards an event calendar that we give us access to at least 4 events every year.
(One every 3 months Saturday or Sunday morning, through to the Night & one 3 Day event Fri, Sat ,Sun).
Please keep an eye on the page, we regret we had to come to this decision, but believe it is the right one to move forward with the events, and give you guys what you want
