「サイケ・デリーさん」は、2014年秋890件もの応募の中から選ばれた高円寺商店街連合会公式キャラクター。「高円寺は日本のインド」（みうらじゅん）という言葉の通り、自由でサブカルチャーの聖地ともいえる高円寺の街をあらわしたキャラクターです。選考には多くの企業キャラや個人キャラが応募したことも大きな話題となりました。
