Fresh, home cooked, Paella.
Cousins, Harold and Charlie, have just graduated from university and swapped books for Paella pans in pursuit of delicious food and a great party.
Using traditional Spanish techniques, we cook up seafood, meat and vegan Paellas. Everything is cooked in one of our enormous Paella pans on the day and at the event. None of our ingredients are processed (except a slash of Sauvignon Blanc) making healthy and hearty paella packed with veg, pork, chicken, tiger prawns, mussels and squid. Throughout the summer we even use our own home grown veg when seasonal.
We love a challenge and have had a ball this summer cooking for 18th and 21st parties. However, it was all topped this weekend by a joint Diamond Wedding Anniversary and 90th Birthday. Anything goes!
We are off to the Alps in two months so will see you on the slopes. In the meantime, we have our pans at the ready so whether it’s your bonfire celebration, shooting lunch, party or birthday bash give us a bell. We can cater for 40 to 140 and are already taking bookings for next summer.
