hef Kristen Thibeault, who currently holds the title of S. Bold complex gourmet flavors and clean ingredients appear in 40 modern mouth-watering vegan and traditional dishes. Most of what you will experience, from our produce to our wine selection, was produced within 100 miles of our restaurant in San Francisco. Our greens are organic. Our seafood is delivered fresh daily and butchered in house. And our wine list is Californian. We combine global flavors with seasonally inspired ingredients from my East Bay garden, local farms and vineyards, and wild foragers. The result is quite special.
