Its a family affair here are Smoke Show BBQ.
The whole family is involved at Smoke Show BBQ. From elder brother Chris Parisi and his wife Courtney to younger brother Dan Parisi. Even the youngest of the Parisi’s, Julian who is seen above waving to mommy has a part in this family of bbq enthusiasts.
While we are just getting started in the competitive BBQ circuit, we have been backyard grilling nuts for years. As we began to refine our cooks and upgrade our smokers we decided to dive into the KCBS competition circuit. Well, more like dip our toe into the deep end. As of September 2018 we are focusing on pork ribs and pork butts. When we feel we have a better handle on what judges want to taste, we will go “all-in” and add the chicken and brisket portions of the 4 meat KCBS lineup.
Keep checking our page often as we look to roll out our full BBQ catering service for 2019. You can also find out where we will be cooking in the months to come.
